This Privacy Policy Statement details what information the Arizona WIC Program collects and uses. This privacy policy only applies to the UPC Application.

The Universal Product Code (UPC) application use is restricted to designated Arizona, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), District of Columbia (DC), Guam, and Navajo Nation WIC personnel. The UPC application is used by the afore mentioned WIC programs to collect and manage WIC-eligible food product information such as brand, description, size, and unit of measure. The Arizona WIC Program does not collect personal information with the UPC application.
